Our soluble matcha is made by processing dietary fiber and matcha under specific conditions to create particles about 10 times larger than regular matcha. The result is a free-flowing powder with a rich green color. When dissolved in water, the dietary fiber dissolves, and the matcha particles return to their original size. You can enjoy rich green color because our soluble matcha is made with only first flash green tea leaf.
